Shiloh Services Desk
The Shiloh Service Desk is available to provide support and assistance to customers on data and application questions during normal business hours:
Mon7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Tue-Fri  8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Technical Support
Technical Support is offered 24/7. Calls made after normal business hours will be returned within the hour. Please leave a detailed message with contact name and return phone number.
Managed Services
The following optional services are available:
  Watch list: Shiloh's technical support team will monitor daily and weekly data loading processes.
  Platform administration: Includes the DBA, Network Administrator and Server Administrator responsibilities supporting the Shiloh platform (does not include support of email or domain servers).
  Shiloh Administrator (short term coverage): Includes typical, daily responsibilities of the Shiloh System Administrator role.
  Does not include logging into Retail Link for the customer to schedule or check queries.
  Additional services are available for new data source data loading and validation, custom training and report development.
Training
Each of our core hands-on classes are taught at our facility on a rotating basis allowing users to attend on an unlimited basis.
Study Hall
Assistance with a Shiloh expert to resolve questions users may be experiencing with reports, Quick Views, Alerts, data loading, etc.
