  • Platform Administration:  This managed service includes database administration, network administration, and server administration activities as they relate to the Shiloh platform (does not include email or domain server support).
  • Shiloh Administrator:  Let us administer your Shiloh system for you.  With this managed service, we’ll assume the daily responsibilities required to keep your Shiloh system running smoothly (does not include logging into Retail Link to schedule or check queries).
  • Additional Services:  For assistance with loading or validating new data, call the Shiloh Technical Support team.  Our Service Desk personnel can even assist with custom training needs or the development of proprietary reports.
